*Front spacer thickness to lift height is not a 1:1 ratio. Strut spacer installation alters the angle of the lower control arm, and this accounts for an additional lift beyond the actual thickness of the spacers.

*4WD models come with a 1.5″ factory block installed, which will be replaced by our 3″ lift block resulting in a 1.5″ additional rear lift.

T6 AIRCRAFT GRADE ALUMINUM SPACERS

We chose to construct our strut spacer kits from T6 aircraft-grade aluminum for its excellent strength-to-weight ratio and resistance to corrosion. Tempered to a yield strength of no less than 35,000 psi and finished with an Anodized Coating, this premium lift material will never compress or warp under even the most excessive loads or extreme riding conditions.

HIGH-STRENGTH STEEL LIFT BLOCKS

Our Brand New 2019 Solid Steel HD Structure Steel Blocks are constructed from one solid block of Steel, with dual pins specific for the F-150 models and a 1/4″ Thick CNC Plasma Cut Center Support Structure to ensure stability, perfect fitment and easy installation. LAB Tests have shown these blocks can withstand an astonishing load of almost 60,000 lbs with no yielding or deformation observed!

ZINC PHOSPHATE COATED U-BOLTS

This Kit comes with our newly designed set of zinc phosphate coated U-bolts, five times more corrosion resistant than those with typical zinc plating and stamped to satisfy the highest standards. These U-bolts offer maximum safety by restoring the necessary clamping force on your spring assembly, eliminate flexing of the leaf spring packs and provide the desired spring stiffness for your vehicle.
