The Strongest Portal Backing Plates You Can Get
We make your backing plates with a premium steel alloy that’s stronger than chromoly and built for incredibly high-force applications. At 5/16” thick, these plates are tough enough to hold your suspension and portals together no matter how you ride.
Get tons of torque by installing an 8” portal box with a 45% gear reduction.
That means you’ll have the power to crawl through the most technical rock gardens and the most challenging boulders. With 8” of clearance, you’ll get through without scraping up your skid plate or getting high centered.
Better Gears
Our gears are precision ground and made with 9310 billet steel alloy for high strength and high speed. That means they’re cool and quiet even when you’re hammering down the throttle on the road, and they have strength to withstand every ride.
Billet Housings
Choose billet or cast aluminum housings to finish your portals. Our billet housings are CNC machined right here in Madison, Indiana and give you increased strength and consistency over cast. Not to mention they look damn good.

22” or larger wheel required
Wheels cannot exceed 5″ backspacing
