This kit, when combined with our other bolt-on gusset kits, takes care of the whole lot you wish to have to make your RZR race in a position or just plain indestructible at the trail. It covers the entire failure points we found at the original RZR 800 chassis through years of racing in each series and environment. It covers the front and rear suspension pivot mounts by properly gusseting them for maximum strength. It is also gussets for critical points at the main chassis we found failures in over time of hard landings, crashes and roll-overs. In case you are building a RZR 800 50″, S or 4 seater to abuse it and do not mind a bit of work, this kit is for you.
