Description
Baileigh 110 volt hydraulic rotary draw tube bender. This hydraulic bender is designed to work with all drop on tool sets and constructed of only the best materials. A hydraulic system to turn the ratchet plate and do the actual bending. This pipe bender uses powerful low pressure industrial grade hydraulics making it quiet, quick, and very safe to use even when bending at full capacity. It has a capacity of 2-1/2-inches outside diameter tubing, 2-inches outside diameter chromalloy, 2-inches square tubing, and 2-inches schedule 40 pipe. It has a maximum center line of 8-inches depending on the outside diameter of the material being bent. It will bend to 200 degrees allowing for true 180 degree bends without having to repin the die set and it only takes 4 complete pushes to reach 180 degrees. Utilizing its built in anti-spring back mechanism. It can retract its hydraulic cylinder without worry of losing its place in the bend. A quick release counter die positioner is also included to make material loading and unloading a breeze.
