Antra’s Interference Suppression Technologies enables AH7-X90 to:

• Detects and response consistently on DC welding arc as low as 2 Amps
• Minimize false triggering in industrial Metal-halide lights, on higher sensitivity setting if not facing lights directly
• Minimize false triggering in sun lights, on higher sensitivity if not facing sun directly

Easy to adjust settings

Most of the time of thumb, start with a shade that is too dark to see the weld zone. Then, go to a lighter shade which gives a sufficient view of the weld zone without going below the minimum.

• Grinding Mode: Set the switch to Grind, the lens will stay on shade 3, will not be activated by any arc.

WARNING: Switch “Weld” mode to avoid accidental flashes.

• Shade Adjustment: Press MODE to make a choice GRIND(Shade 4), CUT(Shade 5-8) or WELD(Shade 9-13) , then press “+” or “-” buttons beside “SHADE” to set desired shade numbers.
• Delay Regulate: Delay is important to offer protection to welder from glow flash hot welding surface. Press “+” or “-” buttons beside “DELAY” to set desired delay time.
• Sensitivity Regulate: Controls how sensitive the sensors are responding to welding arc. Proper setting can avoid false triggering from adjacent arc whilst ensures auto darkening when needed. Press “+” or “-” buttons beside “SENSE” to set desired sensitivity. Set to the highest, and decrease if any false triggering exists.
• Absence of outdoor knobs is great for people who need to work in limited spaces.
• Internal digital settings get less chance of accidental changes that may lead to flashes.
