Dakar 2020 – Car Highlights



The 42nd edition of the Dakar took competitors from the shores of the Red Sea in Jeddah, around the canyons and mountains of the western part of the country, over the dunes of the Empty Quarter and all the way to the Qiddiya Sports and Culture Complex near the capital Riyadh. In the end, American biker Ricky Brabec put an end to Honda’s 31-year drought, Carlos Sainz took his third title in his third different car, Casey Currie gave America another reason to celebrate in the SSV race, Ignacio Casale took back the throne in quads and Andrey Karginov extended the victorious streak of the Kamaz trucks.

Car: CARLOS SAINZ / LUCAS CRUZ (BAHRAIN JCW X-RAID TEAM) won the Dakar 2020 in front of NASSER AL-ATTIYAH / MATTHIEU BAUMEL (TOYOTA GAZOO RACING) and STÉPHANE PETERHANSEL / PAULO FIUZA (BAHRAIN JCW X-RAID TEAM).

Superbe. Ça promet pour l'année prochaine. En revanche, les top team auto, j’espère voir autre chose que la mini que ce soit la version buggy ou la version rallye. Ça fait des années que la citadine bourgeoise hante le dakar. Faudrait que les constructeurs proposent autre chose car elle ne fait pas rêver.

Je suis paysan, j'adore la vitesse. Quand je vous vois je me dis "fait là bas et ……………….. " Votre alimentation vient de l'autre bout du monde. En France plus rien est possible. Le 80 est au placard, les pesticides interdit sont royalement homologué. Je suis paysan BIO et avec la bene-diction tout est BIO
